Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ordering with us:
1. All items sold are NOT RETURNABLE.
2. Artwork colours on your screen may slightly vary from the actual product colours due to different computer display setting. We are unable to guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor will be exactly the same as the actual products you'll receive.
3. We will NOT be responsible for any loss, damage or delays during delivery.
4. All orders will only be processed when full payments have been made.
5. After the first draft artwork, only two (2) requests for amendments will be entertained for the same design theme, otherwise will be charged.
6. Additional design charges of minimum RM30 will be applied for new design request.
